🕒 Late Policy: You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies. More than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation.
❌ Cancellation / No-Show Policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be blocked from future bookings.
💇 Hair Prep: Hair must be washed, detangled, and product-free unless you booked a shampoo add-on. If hair is not properly prepped, a $15 fee will apply or appointment may be rescheduled.
